Place the left hand to the waist then, bring the right hand (holding sword) to the left hand so that the sword will be at between the left thumb and index finger (Make sure the sword edge is facing away from the belly). Pull the sword toward right perpendicular to the belly and parallel to the floor until the tip of sword is held by the left thumb and index finger. Raise the sword handle toward the left in paralleled upright position and slightly angled away from the front of body. Lower the sword as if it is returning into the scabbard and simultaneously bring the feet together and assume an attention stance.
