Hwarang "Ku Gup" Hyung (form)
for age 11 and under
1.
bow
2. jump and land 90° clockwise into kimajasae (straddle stance), twin palm strike to the sides
3. right/left/right outward circular blocks
4. pivot 90° counter clockwise, get into gongkyukjasae (front stance), left palm set forward
5. reverse front kick, Lt. inward soft block, Rt. punch
6. Lt. step forward, outside twin circular blocks, right hand turns into upper punch
7. Rt.. step forward Rt.. inward elbow strike turn it into outside knife
8. Lt. step forward roll punch Rt. knee drop, Rt. inside/Lt. outside soft blocks, Rt. andari, Lt. inside soft block, Rt. naesoodo (inward knife strike)
9. body turn 180° counter clockwise Lt. step into front stance with Lt. high circle block grab, execute Rt. reverse punch. (loud yell-kihop)
10. turn around 180 clockwise and assume the back stance.
11. repeat the sequence 5 through 9.
12. turn around 180 clockwise and assume the upright stance.
13. yusoolkwonbup ready position (6steps).
14. execute yusoolkwonbup to right, set.
15. execute yusoolkwonbup to left.
16. draw the left foot alongside right standing leg and assume feet together attention stance.
17. left step back into naekoolip kimajasae (inside straddle stance), with Lt. top block and Rt. low open hand cover.
18. shuffle forward Rt. heel kick, feet together
19. Lt. inward soft middle grasp and pull block, Rt. naesoodo
20. body turn counter clockwise 360° left step into gongkyukjasae with Lt. top grasp-pull block and reverse punch to chest (loud kihop!).
21. open palm (Rt.)
22. turning clockwise 540 degree, left step-right step into front stance with left reverse middle punch (loud kihop!).
23. turn head to front (origianal starting point) and execute right back fist to low target.
24. draw the right foot alongside left standing leg and assume finishing steps.
25. bow.

12. body pivot 90° clockwise into cross leg stance (kaweejasae) with Rt. high and Lt. low open palm blocks
13. execute Lt. yupchagi (side kick) and step into kimajasae facing Rt. side.
14. execute Rt.wando (forearm strike).
15. execute outside circle double palm block as you turn 180 clockwise step (right foot) into back stance.
16. execute double tilted palm strike with front stance.
17. back into back stance.
18. repeat step 2 through 16.
19. draw the right foot alongside left standing leg and assume feet together attention stance.
20. yusoolkwonbup ready position (6steps).
21. execute yusoolkwonbup to right, set.
22. execute yusoolkwonbup to left.
23. draw the left foot alongside right standing leg and assume feet together attention stance.
24. left step back into naekoolip kimajasae (inside straddle stance), with Lt. top block and Rt. low open hand cover.
25. shuffle forward Rt. heel kick, feet together
26. Lt. inward soft middle grasp and pull block, Rt. naesoodo
